If you create an account, you can review your orders and saved addresses at any time, and you can browse the site without creating one.

In-store transactions

When we buy gold or silver in the store, North Carolina law requires us to record certain information about the transaction, including details from your government-issued photo ID. Those records are created in the store, not through this website, and are retained and disclosed only as the law requires.

Security

This website is served entirely over HTTPS. Online payments are processed by our payment provider, so card numbers never pass through or stay on our own systems. We limit what we collect to what the store needs, and limit access to your information to the people and services that need it to fulfil your order.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the records the law requires us to keep. Send your request using the contact details below and we will respond promptly.
