All orders are processed within 10 business days. Orders aren't shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, and during busy periods shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we'll contact you by email or text. See our Shipping Policy.

Our policies don't include a self-service way to change or cancel an order, so please write to us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll let you know what we can do.
